Event management and month coordination

For the clients that enjoy the wedding and event planning process of tastings, choosing colors and vendors, party favors and more, but want someone to manage these selections on the big day, we’re here for you. At RaynerShine, we are both day-of AND month-of coordinators. We are immersed in your event the month of and the entire day of your wedding or special event. Our standard coordination package includes:

  • Visiting your reception venue for a comprehensive walk-thru

  • Unlimited phone calls, texts and emails from the moment a contract is signed

  • Coordinating a rehearsal (if not held at a Church)

  • Corresponding with all selected vendors prior to the event

  • Developing a detailed and comprehensive timeline that will be made available to you and all necessary vendors

  • Being on-site for the delivery and set up from all vendors, according to the agreed upon floorplan

  • Set up of personal effects (such as cake knives, toasting flutes, guest book, legacy table, etc) 

  • Coordinating the ceremony, including organizing the processional and cueing musicians

  • Setting up a private meal for the bride and groom

  • Cueing all first dances, speeches, cake cutting and more

  • Party item distribution (such as glow sticks, foam wands, etc)

  • Grand exit management (such as sparkler exit, second line, etc)

  • Overseeing breakdown of venue and vendor load out, per venue requirements

Partial planning and month of coordination

Investment begins at $3500

You do a little, we do a little and that’s how we pull the whole thing off!! This package includes all services listed in event management and month of coordination as well as:

  • 3 to 5 meetings in advance of the wedding, either at the venue, elsewhere or virtual. Whatever makes the most sense for schedules and tasks at hand is where we’ll be!

  • Involvement from the start. We are here to field questions, bounce ideas off, provide advice and support, listen to you scream about your aunt that won’t stop complaining about street parking only at the venue to so much more. We’ll communicate throughout your engagement on the status of vendor sourcing and event creation. We’re all in it together!

  • Assistance in sourcing vendor quotes. You want full control in certain areas and love the process of choosing colors or photographers but need help with florals, entertainment and more. We’ll divide and conquer! Give us your wishlist, Pinterest board, must haves and DO NOTS, and we’ll provide pricing and availability from a select number number of vendors for you to choose from.

  • Contract organization.

  • Assistance in floor plan creation or collaboration with venue.

Full planning and wedding coordination

Investment range: $7500-$9500

From bouquets to the second line! Oh and by the way, when you choose this package, we’re REALLY friends now. And we only take on a few of these a years, ensuring that all of our clients have our utmost focus and attention. You have your venue, a wishlist and a budget and want to let us work our magic. This package is perfect for out of town couples or those that simply don’t know where to start and don’t want to become overwhelmed during their engagement. After an extensive first meeting where we learn your vision for the big day and any must haves, we’ll get straight to work on sourcing high priority vendors. From there, we’ll schedule meetings every 4 to 6 weeks to discuss progress and next steps, This service includes all components of event management and month of coordination as well as:

  • Sourcing vendor pricing and availability. Everything from photographers and videographers to transportation to wedding cakes and custom koozies. You name it, we’ll price it, find it and ensure it is cohesive to the overall design and aesthetic of the event.

  • Attendance at tastings and vendor meetings (such as in-person rental selections and floral design meetings.)

  • Mood board design and decor pricing and sourcing.

  • Budget tracking and payment scheduling.

  • Floor plan creation.

  • As many meetings as you want. We can develop a regular check-in schedule at our

  • initial meeting or schedule in person or virtual’s as things come up.

  • Limitless calls with your mother or future mother-in-law. IYKYK.
